West Health Spa: the other kind of uptime

Not everything I build is made of routers. West Health Spa is an integrative wellness center in Gainesville that I co-founded with Dr. West — massage therapy, functional medicine, chiropractic care, skin health, and a nutrition shop, in a space designed to feel more like a resort than a clinic.

People are surprised I’m in this business until they hear the operating philosophy, which is the same one I preach about networks: find the root cause, don’t reboot the symptom. Functional medicine asks why the system keeps failing instead of prescribing around the failure. Chiropractic and massage treat the infrastructure your whole day runs on. It’s uptime engineering for the body — identify the failing component, fix it properly, and the “outages” stop recurring.
